I am very impressed with all that Silver Sherpa has to offer. My experiences with them began back in November ‘25 with a local “Medicare Simplified/Medicare 101” in-person seminar during which James Garey and Dylan Nava gave a very well-prepared, well-organized, and interactive presentation. Given my initial very positive impressions, weeks later I attended that same presentation a second time, and at that meeting decided to engage Silver Sherpa with my Medicare enrollment needs. Dylan Nava made the enrollment so easy, and very professionally guided me through the enrollment hoops; he has been very reachable via phone and email, and has even proactively contacted me to make sure my pent-up newbie questions are quickly answered. So happy I chose Silver Sherpa to help guide me through the Medicare maze, and a special thanks to Dylan for his great customer service.

The Silver Sherpa process is very efficient. They generate a customized information video of Medicare options based on information you provide in a questionnaire. Dylan was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me through the medicare and advantage plan applications. I would highly recommend Silver Sherpa, Inc.

Silver Sherpa Inc is truly wonderful in their wealth of knowledge, work ethic and commitment to their clients. My husband and I had listened to various talks at public libraries by independent Medicare brokers prior to turning 65. When we came across Silver Sherpa we knew we found the right fit. We worked with Jim Gary and got quite an education. He asked us questions to get a good understanding of our needs and spent time going over options and recommendations that fit our personal situations. Even when a few glitches came up that had nothing to do with Jim, he stayed by our side helping us to get them ironed out.
